Stun and Rest Time are downtime stats. They do not look as exciting as damage, but they decide whether workers are actually active.

Stun timeDowntime after falling rocks, monsters, or hazard hits.
Rest timeRecovery time after runs, expeditions, injuries, or specific effects.
Best useFixes builds where workers exist but spend too much time disabled.

RunnersFalling rocks and monsters can stun or slow haulers, leaving ore uncollected.
