What The Site Uses

- The shared feedback and identity service handles corrections and optional accounts.
Accounts
Section titled “Accounts”Accounts and login controls are served by id.gamedb.wiki. The wiki itself does not store passwords.
Google and GitHub sign-in use those providers to confirm your identity. The identity service stores the provider identity needed to keep you signed in and associate reviewed submissions with your account.
Feedback And Submissions
Section titled “Feedback And Submissions”When you send feedback, id.gamedb.wiki receives the page URL, page title, message, optional name and email, and spam-check field. This is used to fix the wiki and review correction reports.
Do not put passwords, private account details, or personal information into shared feedback. Use the contact field only if you want a reply.
